IO3 - Learning Platform O3/A1 - Elaboration of functional and non-functional specifications O3/A2 - Training Content Integration O3/A3 - Test release and platform improvement O3/A4 - Guidelines on how to use e-Learning Platform The prototype of the e-learning platform is already developed by UTIU, it comes from their own developed training platform. This is an e-learning and content management system, aimed at improving access to education and knowledge globally. The UTIU aims to improve the availability and quality of education at a reduced cost. UTIU has been working with this online platform for many years and the platform functions effectively. Due to UTIU's experience as an online UnIversity we believe that the capacity of their platform is adequate for the online campus of the proposed international master degree. The platform fits the requirements and it will only be necessary to make minor changes. These have been identified in the contingency plan in case we do not consider this platform suitable for certain circumstances. If this case arises, other platforms such as Moodle, Dokeos, Claroline, Sakai, etc. will be considered as a mitigation plan. After the adaptation process, the e-learning platform shall be able to integrate the findings and outcomes from IO4, namely, the developed learning modules. The platform information will be available in all partners’ languages in which the master degree will be implemented.
