A3- Design of the CPD course on synchronous hybrid education, taking into account the needs of teaching staff in the COVID 19 period.
A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts and innovative pedagogies between experts of IO1 to IO6 in project meetings and PLAs.

The design of course modules to enhance students’ readiness for digital learning

A1- A synthesis of contemporary research oriented to promoting students’ digital readiness for online learning, including harvesting key lessons from existing innovations by the three group.
A2- Developing, enhancing and delivering another iteration of “A Digital Edge: Essentials for the Online Learner” through the FutureLearn platform.
A3- Redevelopment of a Crowdsourced Guide to Being an Effective Online Learner which aggregates and reports what learners have to say is most important in order to be an effective online learner.
A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts on student readiness and the student experience between experts of IO1 to IO6 in the PLAs.
A5- Integration of the outcomes of A1 and A2 in at least three course sessions and in the final CPD programme.
