IO2 – DIGITELPRO Design, development and implementation of continuous professional development for synchronous hybrid education A1- A synthesis of contemporary research oriented to the design and development of synchronous hybrid learning in an emergency situation (IO1) and conditions for change management. A2- Selecting existing best practice training materials and/or resources for CPD for synchronous hybrid learning in the partnership. A3- Design of the CPD course on synchronous hybrid education, taking into account the needs of teaching staff in the COVID 19 period. A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts and innovative pedagogies between experts of IO1 to IO6 in project meetings and PLAs. A5- Planning and implementation of the CPD course sessions. A6- Development of a sustainable joint DigiTeLPRO continuous professional development programme for digital learning in the post-COVID era. -
IO3 – DIGITELPRO Design and development of continuous professional development for blended education and teaching A1- Concise analysis of the recent research and innovation in the literature oriented to the design and development of on blended learning. A2- Selecting existing best practice training materials and/or resources for CPD for COVID 19-proof blended teaching and learning in the partnership. A3- Design and development of a CPD course for blended education A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts of innovative pedagogies and the development of the courses between experts of the IOs in the PLAs A5- Planning and implementation of the CPD course sessions. A6- Development of a sustainable joint DigiTeL PRO continuous professional development programme for blended learning in the post-COVID era. -
IO4 – DIGITELPRO Design and development of continuous professional development for online and distance education A1- A synthesis of contemporary research oriented to the design and development of on online and distance learning, taking into account the needs in an emergency situation and conditions for change management. A2- Selecting existing best practice training materials and/or resources for CPD for online and distance learning in the partnership. A3- Design of a CPD course for online and distance education, taking into account the needs of teaching staff in the COVID 19 period and beyond A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts and innovative pedagogies between experts of IO1 to IO6 in project meetings and PLAs A5- Planning and implementation of the CPD course on online and distance learning. IO5 – DIGITELPRO The design of course modules to enhance students’ readiness for digital learning A1- A synthesis of contemporary research oriented to promoting students’ digital readiness for online learning, including harvesting key lessons from existing innovations by the three group. A2- Developing, enhancing and delivering another iteration of “A Digital Edge: Essentials for the Online Learner” through the FutureLearn platform. A3- Redevelopment of a Crowdsourced Guide to Being an Effective Online Learner which aggregates and reports what learners have to say is most important in order to be an effective online learner. A4- Critical appraisal/exchange of concepts on student readiness and the student experience between experts of IO1 to IO6 in the PLAs. A5- Integration of the outcomes of A1 and A2 in at least three course sessions and in the final CPD programme. -
