Introduction
The goal of e-EUPA is to provide an alternative method of learning and certification for administrative staff in four different EQF levels. E-EUPA aims to provide state-of-the-art asynchronous e-Learning for the development of the knowledge, skills and competences identified in the qualifications framework developed by the previous project. Furthermore, e-EUPA aims to convert the assessments provided by the previous project into online assessments. This way, professionals working in the sector as well as students and disadvantaged groups will have the flexibility to take both the training courses and then the assessment. In another case they can also just do the assessment to validate their knowledge and skills (regardless of how they were acquired) and achieve the qualification. Furthermore, at the policy level as the education and learning industry moves towards digitization, e-EUPA aims to develop key success factor-based guidelines for the conversion of training materials into asynchronous e-learning.

The goal of e-EUPA is to provide an alternative method of learning and certification for administrative staff in four different EQF levels.
Description
Objectives
The specific objectives are:
1. To develop a methodology based on key success factors for the conversion of traditional classroom teaching material into asynchronous e-learning
2. Use this methodology to convert all methodological elements and tools from previous projects (or to replace non-convertible ones) into asynchronous e-learning. The new tools will be re-certified with ISO
3. Develop cutting-edge lessons that are not simply PowerPoint to pdf but are live with the trainer's video recording.
4. Develop a one-stop shop platform for students who want to be trained at different EUPA levels
5. Develop ISO17024 certified online assessments in four different levels for students who want to be certified in EUPA. There will be an assessment for each unit, so once a student achieves all of the level unit assessments, they will be certified for the level.
6. Train trainers on the use of the asynchronous e-learning method
7. Raise awareness among trainers of the importance of digitalisation in education
8. support VET providers in their internationalization, recognizing that asynchronous e-learning provides enormous opportunities for international offer in vocational training. In addition, online assessments offer opportunities for international offer of qualifications. Asynchronous learning is even more attractive when it comes to internationalization because time differences do not affect training.
9. Provide the e-EUPA offer in the most used European languages so that we can ensure a great impact of our results.
UNINETTUNO Role
UTIU will be leader of Project Result 1:
Develop some guidelines for partners to support them in converting materials that have been developed for classroom learning into asynchronous electronic learning:
Conversion of some methodological tools by MMC and UNINETTUNO and composition of the first draft of the guidelines.
Development of learning activities with the trainers of the consortium for partners to familiarize them and train them in the use of the guidelines.
Review and finalization of the methodological framework for the conversion of training materials
in asynchronous electronic learning
Second revision based on the experience of this project. once the consortium draws all the experience from the transformation of Eupa materials into asynchronous, it will return to this result to update it.
