Exam Guide

Exams are held in the face-to-face mode at the Rome campus or at national and international Technological Poles. Each academic year, students who are compliant with the administrative rules may take all the exams for their year of enrollment, in accordance with prerequisites and the academic calendar. Furthermore, provided they are compliant with the administrative rules, they may also take up to two exams from subsequent years, provided that these are not linked to prerequisites. Once all the exams required by the Study Program have been taken, the degree can be awarded in the first available session, but only after full enrollment in the third year for three-year degree courses, the second year for master's degree courses, and the fifth year for single-cycle master's degree courses.

Exam admission procedures

Students who have followed the study program as set by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO will be allowed to sit the exam.

The following are the evaluation criteria for admission to the exam:

  1. have watched all the video lessons at least once;
  2. have submitted at least two of the exercises assigned by the Teacher-Tutor.

Exam booking procedure:

Students can book for exams online by following a few simple steps:

Go to the Administrative Secretariat  and log in with username and password, then click on the Exams link and then on the Exam Sessions link. The exams for which they can book will be displayed: the blue icon on the left of the row will allow them to book for the exam.

Vademecum for running the exams

Documents for the exam:

In order to sit the exam, it is necessary to provide proof of identity with a valid official document.

System for assigning grades for the exam:

The final grade of the exam will be based on both the qualitative and quantitative evaluations of the student’s participation in the study program as prescribed by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO and the results of the face-to-face final exam.

Exam results recording and publication of results:

The results of the oral exam will be communicated and published at the end of the exam. Students will then be able to consult them on the results notice board available in the Administrative Secretariat.

The results of the written exams will also be published on the results notice board, once the papers have been corrected.

Each lecturer will publish the results of the written exams 10 working days after they have been held.

Students who do not wish to accept the grade awarded (for both written and oral exams) may, within 5 days of its publication on the Administrative Secretariat notice board, reject the result using the appropriate function.

Students who have not accepted the result or passed the exam may retake the exam at the next exam session.
