The stay is partly funded by the European Commission.

If you are new entrepreneurs, you will have the opportunity of living an training experience on the job at a SME based in other country participating in the program. This will help you to successfully start your activity or to enhance the bases of you the company you have recently established. And not only that. You will be able to enter new markets, start up international cooperation relations and exploit potential occasion for cooperating with foreign partners.

If you are already experienced entrepreneurs, you will be able to benefit from a motivated mind ready to increase your activities with innovative ideas. Your guest may be endowed with skills or specialized knowledge in field that you do not master and hopefully will complement yours. Most of the expert entrepreneurs who joined this program were so enthusiast with this exchange that they decided to repeat this experience.

On the long run, the advantages may include event the establishment of a wide network of contacts and lead to the decision of continuing the cooperation, hopefully as stable business partners (for example, concluding a joint-venture agreement, concluding subcontracts, establishing supply agreements etc.).

How the program works

The “Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs” Program is funded by the European Commission and operates across the participating countries with the help of Local Contract Points competent in business support  (such as Universities, Chambers of Commerce, Start-up Centers, Incubators etc.). Their activities are coordinated at European level by a Support Office to the program.

The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO participates in the Erasmus Program for Young Entrepreneurs as Local Contact Point through the EXAGE Project, mainly aimed at entrepreneurial activities in the field of green technologies (alternative energies, energy sparing, recycling, sustainable development etc. ).
