Event Agenda not available

From the 5th to the 9th June, the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO organizes the first edition of the “Erasmus Week” in Rome: the international training week for the academic and administrative staff of UNINETTUNO’s Erasmus partners.

UNINETTUNO focuses on international teachers and student’s mobility because it deems it a qualifying element for them both as well as an essential tool for developing the University’s international strategies.

France, Finland, Lebanon and Poland are only some of the countries joining the initiative with the participation of lecturers and personnel of the universities of origin. Actually, in the last years the number of lecturers who decided to visit UNINETTUNO has risen significantly and this is due to the big popularity of the University’s educational model at global level and to the resulting interest of the academic staff to acquire new skills as regards distance learning.

The objective of the “Erasmus Week” is to enhance the partnership between UNINETTUNO and the involved Universities and to illustrate new opportunities for cooperation: during the five days of the event, there were seminars and meetings in which we illustrated UNINETTUNO’s psycho-pedagogic and organizational model to the foreign guests, its didactic cyberspace, educational offer, the current European research projects and its international partnership models.

Since 2013 – year in which UNINETTUNO joined the Erasmus Program – the University entered into bilateral agreements with a number of foreign Universities, involving European and non-European Countries, and today UNINETTUNO is working at the launch of new international partnerships aimed at offering the students and lecturers of the University a wider and wider range of destinations both in terms of geographical coverage and of study languages.
