The module Management of Health Organisations prescribes and develops the topics :
theories, schools and methods of management with special references and citations to the various types of leadership. Issues as the organisation, administration, and management of human resources are included in the subject matter of the module, together with the simultaneous development of the combination of the above and the necessary communication policy towards the efficient and productive management of organisations.
The procedures of control and measurement of performance in the health sector, research, training, and system's evaluation at all functional levels are also constituted as integral parts of the module. |
