Course description

This Module addresses the issues of originality, uniqueness and protection of creativity in fashion by Intellectual Property, starting from the foundations that define Brand Identity and Brand Value in the fashion and textile sector, with a specific focus on the characteristics that determine the value of Made in Italy.

The macro theme of intellectual property allows you to explore copyright, the filing of trademarks/patents, the protection and fight against counterfeiting in detail.
