The section about the Institutions shows the structural dynamics of the European Union, from the political and legal point of view. We examine the European institutions, their individual duties, the institutional balance and the most important processes of the European Union.

The European Union law is analized in this module as a legal system, under the perspective and methodology of the comparative law. The module analizes the dynamics in the emerging European democracy, the main aspects of decision-making process and the main innovations brought by the Treaty of Lisbon. |
