The course aims to illustrate aspects of specialties from the majority of contracts.
In the first part of the course the study of matter is dealt with through the reconstruction of the sources of labor law, particularly with regard to the position of the collective agreement.
The second part of the course subject to the regulation of the employment relationship and will take place through a deepening of those parts that, in light of recent legislative initiatives are particularly qualifying to learning the subject matter. |

The course, which corresponds to 12CFU, is divided into three parts:
I. SOURCES DELDIRITTO DELLAVORO: Law and collective bargaining, the harmonization of labor law at EU level - the collective labor agreement: effectiveness subjective and objective effectiveness, content and structure of collective bargaining.
II. The employment market: Dependent employment and self-employment; New types of relationships work and flexible working, the fixed-term contracts, part-time contracts modulated (intermittent work, job sharing, part-time work); contracts with educational purposes ( apprenticeship placement contract; internships) The coordinated and continuous collaboration and project work, worker ownership: collaborative work and joint venture; certification of employment contracts, the creation of employment, placement and introduction to work, the decentralization of production, administration work, contract, posting, transfer company.
III.
