Course description
The course provides data on national and EU legislation, which regulates the issue of privacy and is aimed at the analysis of particularly sensitive issues related to privacy and data protection. Videolessons delivered by leading figures from the Italian Data Protection Authority, AGCOM and the National Association of Journalists provide ample evidence of the relationship between information and the various legal aspects.
Prerequisites
Proper basic training connected to related subjects.
Objectives

The course aims to provide an overview of the issues related to the issue of the link between law and information, with a focus on the reality of social media and relevant legislation.

Program

Protections on the right to image, the right to be forgotten, defamation in print and broadcast media and via the Internet, and all aspects of criminal case law on these issues and offenses arising from them.

Exercises

Production of an audio or video journalistic paper.

Publication of a web page or blog that contextualizes the three exercises.
