    If you have enjoyed the MOOCs experience, you can transform it into an actual asset for your academic and professional career: by enrolling in the corresponding UNINETTUNO university course, you will be included into a class and have the support of a tutor who will guide you along your learning path; you will be able to participate in a course delivery cycle, interact with professors and tutors in real time in UNINETTUNO virtual classrooms on the Web (on live streaming) or in UNINETTUNO Island of Knowledge on Second Life; the tracking of your activities on the MOOCs will be recorded and you will be acknowledged as an attending student and will be able to sit for the exam that will allow UNINETTUNO to officially assign you – in case of success – the university study credits corresponding to the selected courses, based on the Credits (European Credits Transfer System) - European Credit Transfer System, recognised by the Italian and by EU universities.

Course description
Description of legislative provisions on energy saving and increase in power effectiveness of buildings and constructions. Acquaintance to the state information system (SIS) in the field of energy saving and increase in power effectiveness. The quality standards in the field of power effectiveness (ISO 500001). The description of the main requirements and methods at power inspection of buildings, definition of a class of power effectiveness of houses. A concept about self-regulatory organization, requirements to its creation. The description of the actions directed to energy saving, calculation of a payback period of these actions.
Objectives

The student has to:

  • Know laws and regulations of energy saving.
  • Be able to put into practice actions for increase in power effectiveness of buildings and constructions;
  • Define classes of energy efficiency of buildings;
  • Possess knowledge on the computational methods of payback of actions;
  • Understand structure of power inspection.

The course is structured as follows:

1. Legal documents for investigation of objects of capital construction. ISO 50001 standard. GIS (government information system) in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency:

  • Legislation on energy saving in the Russian Federation
