The student has to:

• Know laws and regulations of energy saving.
• Be able to put into practice actions for increase in power effectiveness of buildings and constructions;
• Define classes of energy efficiency of buildings;
• Possess knowledge on the computational methods of payback of actions;
• Understand structure of power inspection.

The course is structured as follows:

1. Legal documents for investigation of objects of capital construction. ISO 50001 standard. GIS (government information system) in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency:

• Legislation on energy saving in the Russian Federation
• Quality management system in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving

• 2. Self-regulatory organizations in sphere of energy inspection. Instrumentation for energy surveys, including the metering devices of energy resources:
