Course description
The course of Comparative Private Law Systems integrates the study of Private Law, in the context of other legal systems, other than national Italian law.
Prerequisites
Not a binding requirement, however Private Law is strongly recommended as the logic basis .
Objectives
The course aims to provide the tools for understanding the principal legal systems in the world. At the end of the course, the student will know the distinctive characteristics of systems and classifications prevailing in legal families. The student will be able to recognize and examine, in a comparative evolution, the fundamental institutions of private law, such as property, contract, civil liability, family law. Particular attention is paid to the important process of formation of the legal system determined by the European Union. This is to arouse interest and provide a comprehensive basis for further developments and insights in the most advanced training and / or professional education.

Exercises
