1 - Project management Organisation of the work of the consortium using the most effective strategy in order to achieve the planned results.

2 - Project start up The project implementation will begin with the Project start up at month 1, when all the pending administrative and contractual matters such as Grant agreement and Final partnership agreement will be settled. The project workplan and schedule will be fine tuned to accomodate for any changes and delays.

3 - Pre-production of feature film In the pre-production phase will be carried out: - detailed production budget allocation - identification of the most suitable technological framework and requirements (i.e. Smartphone, app, server) - definition of technical requirements and procedures for vidoe shooting - definition of tools and hardware for backstage video (storage of video, audio and video postproduction, compositing e finalization). - visual literacy workshop programme definition; - selection of UASRC participants in cooperation with AccoglieRete: a group of 8 to 12 covering different age groups, genders and countries of origin; - definition of narrative guidelines - contractualisation of production crew - privacy statements and any necessary legal waivers - shooting timing

4 - Project web page and updates The FUTURE project web page will be created at M3 and continuosly updated throughout the project lifetime. It will contain all the project information (partners, expected outputs, project progress) as well as a dedicated media section which will host intermediate video products, miniclips and backstage materials.

5 - Video Literacy Workshop and shooting with refugee minors and local stakeholders Under the guidance of the artistic director and his crew, and with the support of the NGO operators and their guardians, the UASCR will attend a workshop, introducing them to the basics of visual literacy and enabling them to experiment and express with their own video production. The group of UASCR and the artistic director and his crew will meet on a regular basis (once every 3-4 weeks) in the following months and work on the video production. The videos will be screened and selected by the staff and uploaded on the dedicated web platform, in a continuous process that will define the narrative structure and the plot of the FUTUREproject feature film.

6 - Best practice transfer event for european NGOs A Best practice transfer event will be organized, at approximately M8 in Siracusa. Representatives of NGOs from different EU Countries and involved in providing support to refugee migrants will be invited (their travel and accomodation costs paid for by the FUTUREproject) to assist to the video making practice on the one hand and to share their experiences on the accomodation of minor refugees, with a particular focus on voluntary legal guardianing, on the other hand. Local stakeholders and institutions will also be invited to participate, along with the researchers of Uninettuno.

7 - Research study evaluating impacts of video production as integration and awareness raising tool In the M3 the first activities related to the research study will begin, and will last until M18 to include updates after the film preview and screening by different audiences. The researcher will participate in the pre-screening of the videos and conduct an analysis of their impacts on a selected audience of Uninettuno psychology students, being the basis for a later assessment of the impact of the final video. They will also identify the most appropriate methodologies to be used in the impact evaluation and psycho-social change patterns (values, emotions, empathy, priming, implicit prejudice) related to the viewing of the videos.

8 - Backstage Video shooting and production A backstage film of the project will be shot, following the different activities that will take place in Siracusa. Among them, the workshop with the minors, the guardians activities, the best practice transfer in between the different NGO active in the humanitarian field, and the cultural impact in the Siracusa community. The backstage will be an important supporting material to add to the feature documentary, with interviews, testimonies, and simple observation.

9 - Preview release of backstage materials, web dissemination While the feature documentary will be released once its finished, the backstage will be distributed while the work is still in progress through sections, clips, pills and specific interviews. This footage will be used to implement and clarify the different “good practices” that take place in Siracusa and to provide visibility and promotion in particularly addressed to dissemination initiatives that will start along and through the workshop . The release of the preview of the backstage videomaterials is foreseen at M11, with further updates and dissemination through the web channels.

10 - Post-Production The Post-Production activity will last from M12 to M14 including the final selection of videos to be assembled, soundtracks selected and recorded, audio and video edited, synch and mix of audio, master printing, translation in the different languages (French, Swedish, English, Turkish) and be ready for distribution.
