Course description

The course aims to provide students with the main logical categories and fundamental concepts of analysis and design of networked organizational structure. In particular, the course wants to offer a model based on some key dimensions for design and that the organizational sciences have studied in recent years:

ICT, knowledge management, communication, cooperation, etc. seen as systems of implementation of organizational network structures. Finally, the course aims to provide students with the conceptual and operational tools needed to: acquire the basic logic of the organizational functioning of networks and relationships between organizations; acquire the knowledge to design their organizational structures and their operating systems; develop personal skills useful for inclusion in work contexts.
