Exercises

The course is characterized by self-assessment exercises, such as the food for thought proposed in the video lessons, and the exercises for verifying learning.

The ideas for reflection are connected to each video lesson as self-evaluation exercises on the topics covered; the student must try to answer taking into consideration what has been learned during the vision of the video lesson and, also, through the study of the reference text and the research materials indicated on the platform. The purpose of the food for thought is to develop critical thinking and facilitate understanding and learning.

The monitoring exercises allow students to evaluate the learning and the results of the study carried out by means of video lessons, reference text, research materials, interactive classes and discussions on the forum.

The monitoring exercises will consist of open-ended questions or in the analysis of a case, a normative text, a sentence, a problem or an essay.

The assessment of the exercises will be done by examining the student's ability to deal with the topic in a correct and exhaustive manner, and also paying attention to the legal language used.
