The course aims to study the undertaking, the company italian law, the credit instrument, the insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy, an arrangement with creditors, debts restructuring agreemets, compulsory administrative liquidation, the extraordinary administration). |

Objectives |

The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the legal framework undertaking and the company italian law with special focus on corporation law. |

In terms of substantive areas, the program has four major area: Undertaking and Credit Instrument (lessons no. 1-15 ) ; Insolvency proceedings ( lessons n . 16-20 ) ; Company Law ( lessons n . 21-32 |
