The object of the course are the bankruptcy procedure and the procedures with wich enterprises can ride the crises over. The italian bankruptcy procedure is analyzed through all phases and is also compared with law of other countries of the European Union and with U.S. law principles. Other procedures are fully debated in the lessons also through a close examination of decisions of italian Courts. |

The course is divided into three parts: the crisis of enterprises; the insolvency and the procedure; the bankruptcy of commercial companies; the other insolvency procedures. |
