Course description
The course of lessons will deal with the main subjects of administrative Law and the principal institutions of administrative justice, offering students for each of them suitable educational materials.
Prerequisites
Preparatory course: public law, private law.
Objectives
The course intends let students achieve a good knowledge of the essential institutions of administrative Law and administrative justice, offering the necessary educational materials for the study of institutions previously mentioned and for their analysis also in the light of the most recent normative reforms and Jurisprudential judgements.
Program
On the whole the object of our debates will be: the origins and the object of administrative law, the picture of sources, the subjects, the administrative activity of private law of public authority, the responsibility of public authority, the administrative act (essential elements and pathologies) , the invalidity of the provision, public goods, the independent Authorities ,the administrative justice.

Exercises
The exercises will be predisposed periodically mostly in the shape of multiple choice questions.
