WP1 - Project Environment Set-Up |
This WP comprises a preliminary analysis of the capacities of the involved Latin American HEIs for the effective delivery of MOOCs and digital education in general. Secondly an analysis on the current state of the Open Government paradigm in each involved Latin American country and on the local environment of the HEIs to assess the strength to be put on the dissemination plan and the Open Government Digital Education Platform promotion. Thirdly, a comparative report on the available Open Government MOOCs in all partners HEIs in order to identify the most relevant and most important contents for the creation of the 6-months Open Government MOOC to be replicated in each HEI. |
