IO1- InnoResolve PBL Collaborative e-Learning training It will be defined a training program based on Problem Solving methodology. Such training pathway will provide a range of new knowledges and competencies which are necessary for the foundry industry adaptation to global digital environment. The training will be innovative on three main aspects: - Contents: illustration of a new industry model, based on the increasing integration and communication among machines, processes, departments, suppliers and with customers; - Methodology: use of Problem Solving Learning methodology, in which learning happens through the investigation of digital solution to concrete and contextualized problems and challenges; - Aim: to provide innovative skills for innovative practices inside the foundry industrial sector. The training will be addressed to the following target groups: - Managers and managerial staff of foundry companies - Experts in training on managerial competencies - Social actors in foundry sector (trade unions, others professionals associations, etc.). Although these are primary target groups, contents will be transferable to any other industrial sectors and could be integrated in VET curriculum and managerial training programs. Based on our first analysis, possible contents of the training could be: - The impact of TICs and digitalisation in industrial processes (digitalisation and integration of processes vertically and horizontally across the entire organisation) - Digitalisation of product and service offerings (how to use big data to refine products and meet the increasing needs of end-customers) - New organisation customer centric (how TICs and internet are transforming the relations with customers) - Management skills and leadership style in digital era - Risks management in Industry 4.0 (cybercrime and hacking) - Steps and aspects for a “Plan of industry digital transformation”: a) Map out your Industry 4.0 strategy and identity: state of art; b) Definition of aspects to improve (people and processes, supply chain, products and services, customer experience, business model); c) Design a digitalization strategy for the next five years (objectives, actions, resources); d) Define indicators and evaluation process. These contents only represent a first draft of the program, which will be defined with the collaboration and based on the knowledge of all partners. The e-learning training will be open source and will be based on contextualised problems and challenges analysis, complemented with definitions and explanations, data and other integrative materials.
