20 اكتوبر 2011 Cooperazione UTIU – Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO e Regno del Marocco a sostegno delle comunità marocchine in Italia Al via l’innovativo programma di insegnamento e formazione a distanza per i bambini e gli adulti marocchini residenti in Italia Rabat, 20 Ottobre 2011 Presso il Ministero del Regno del Marocco delle Comunità Marocchine all’Estero, alla presenza del Ministro Mohammed Ameur, del Segretario di Stato incaricato dell’Insegnamento scolastico, Sig.ra Latifa El Abida, e del Rettore di UTIU – Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO, Prof. Maria Amata Garito, grazie all’impegno dell’Ambasciatore del Regno del Marocco in Italia, S.E. Hassan Abouyoub, è stato firmato un importante accordo di cooperazione per lo sviluppo dell’insegnamento a distanza della lingua araba e della cultura del loro paese ai figli dei marocchini residenti in Italia che frequentano le scuole elementari.

Calano le immatricolazioni negli atenei pubblici italiani. A renderlo noto è il Consiglio universitario nazionale (CUN) pubblicando dati sconcertanti  che vedono un calo delle immatricolazioni nell’ultimo biennio del 5% e del 9,2% negli ultimi quattro anni. 26mila studenti in meno, nonostante sia in aumento il numero dei diplomati.

Ma questo è vero per tutte le università pubbliche? I giovani non vogliono più laurearsi?

Non è il caso dell’Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO che, in questi mesi, sta registrando un notevole incremento delle iscrizioni ai propri corsi di laurea a distanza e che vuole rispondere dando i propri di numeri.

12 نوفمبر 2010 UTIU – International Telematic University UNINETTUNO and RAI NETTUNO SAT as media partners of the XI World Summit of the Nobel Peace Laureates in Hiroshima starting from Friday, the 12th to Sunday the 15th November on live streaming on www.uninettunouniversity.net As for every World Summit for Peace, this year too, the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO is media partner of the World Summit of the Nobel Peace Laureates, now at its XI edition. The Conference that will be held in Hiroshima from the 12th to the 14th November 2010 is entitled: “The Legacy of Hiroshima: a World without Nuclear Weapons” and will see the participation of 20 Nobel Peace Laureates coming from the entire world. Mikhail Gorbachev, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Frederik Willem De Klerk, Lech Walesa, Mohamed ElBaradei, Mairead Corrigan Maguire, Shirin Ebadi, Jody Williams are only a few names of those attending.

13 اكتوبر 2010 The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, the Distance University that brings peoples and cultures closer to each other On Wednesday, the 13th October, at 7:00 pm, in the premises of the Embassy of Egypt in Italy His Excellency the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Ashraf Rashed, meets the first 15 Egyptian students of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO (UTIU) that, at the end of a training period in some Italian companies working in the innovation field, will get a double degree title recognised in Italy, in Europe and in Egypt.
20 سبتمبر 2010 UNIDO and UNINETTUNO join hands for the benefit of SMEs in the region The UNIDO project “Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion for the SME sector in Iraq” was launched in the year 2007 with funds made available by the Italian Cooperation for Development to provide capacity building to Iraqi institutions and private sector to promote investment in the country in collaboration with the “Arab Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship and Investment Training (ARCEIT)”.

The fist phase of the program has been successfully completed in Iraq providing support to 348 entrepreneurs and training 115 Iraqi experts in enterprise development. Based on the results, the Italian Cooperation Development has provided additional funds of $2.9 Million to reinforce and expand the programme. In this regard, UNIDO and ARCEIT joined hands with UNINETTUNO, an international telematic university to realize distance education programs on issues related to Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion by means of ICTs.

The agreement between Atheneum - Liberal Studies and UTIU continue to provide the necessary knowledge and expertise in "Health Management" and "Science in Sport Management, Sport Rehabilitation and Sport Organization for the Disabled".
