The Law Faculty implemented a Degree Course in Legal Expert in Development and Internationalisation of Enterprises corresponding to the L-14 Class of the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MIUR).
The Degree Course in Legal Expert in Development and Internationalisation of Enterprises aims at assuring a sound basic cultural and juridical training enabling the students to master the methodology and tools of juridical reasoning. In the meantime the course aims at training professional profiles able to operate on globalised European and worldwide markets paying particular attention to international contract rules, financial transactions, questions related to Community and international contracting, to the organisation of international consulting services.

Option from old regulations (Min. Decree 509/99) to new regulations (Min. Decree. 270/04): the students already enrolled in the three-year Degree Courses as per Min. Decree 509/99 can opt for the Degree Course in Legal Expert in Development and Internationalisation of Enterprises, lately implemented and provided for by the Min. Decree 270/04. Their career will be assessed by a special Commission that will establish which educational credits will be acknowledged and which educational credits will have to be acquired to complete the training path.
