CV Resume of Claude GAUBERT –
Professor ENSPG-INPG
Claude GAUBERT was born
in 1945 in France. He received the engineer degree of INP Grenoble in
radioelectricity in 1968 and the “Doctorat d’Etat” in physics (surface physics) in 1977. Since 1968 he is teacher
at INP Grenoble, as assistant professor from 1968 to 1983 and professor since
1983.
As teacher in the school of
physics (ENSPG: Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Grenoble) of the INP
Grenoble , Professor C. GAUBERT exerced in different field of physics: surface
physics, solid state physics, microwaves and now in semiconductor physics and
devices and optoelectronic devices for undergraduate and graduate students.
Since 1983, Professor C.
GAUBERT has assumed different responsibilities: director of ENSPG from 1986 to
1992, Vice-President of INP Grenoble from 1987 to 1992 and from 1997 to 2002,
Director of the CIES (Centre d’Initiation à l’Enseignement Supérieur) of the
“Académie de Grenoble” from 1997 to 2001. He is now in charge for INP Grenoble
of the Minatec project in Grenoble (a niew scientific and industrial centre in
micro and nanotechnology).
The research activities of Professor C. GAUBERT has
concerned surface physics and then opto-microwaves devices. He supervised
several PhD thesis and was author/co-author of 50 scientific papers and
communications.
